After upgrading RPM, log in as admin, go to configuration and upgrade DB.

Fixes:
Fixed name field in universal table error.
Upgrade script will backfill incident logger/closer using incident and audit 
data.
Added saved queries for custom reports.
Deprecated MySQL 3.23 support due to reporting needs.
Added custom resolution text with incident number symbol.
Added custom reports.
Added logging,closing agent field, report.
Corrected upgrade.php program name.
Optimized several reports, knowledgebase.
Added multiple other INDEXes.  MySQL only.
Added FULLTEXT indexing for MySQL.  Affects incident description,           
resolution, diary.
