Updates RPM to official 4.6.0 release: http://rpm.org/wiki/Releases/4.6.0. In
addition to fixing the bugs listed here, this update also restores the
traditional convention of having the low-level DB utilities available as
/usr/lib/rpm/rpmdb_utilname.

su -c 'yum update rpm' at the command line.
