Description :
Deluge is a new BitTorrent client, created using Python and GTK+. It is
intended to bring a native, full-featured client to Linux GTK+ desktop
environments such as GNOME and XFCE. It supports features such as DHT
(Distributed Hash Tables), PEX (µTorrent-compatible Peer Exchange), and UPnP
(Universal Plug-n-Play) that allow one to more easily share BitTorrent data
even from behind a router with virtually zero configuration of port-forwarding.

Update Information:

Deluge 1.0.7 fixes many bugs, including not setting the daemon's config
directory when using --config= with the UI in classic mode (#636), some minor
issues in ConnectionManager, updates for stricter GNOME HIG compliance, some
internal libtorrent updates, and defaults the blocklist to an upstream-hosted
copy (updated every 4 days) for more stability.    The WebUI's Tango icons were
also replaced with icons from the Oxygen KDE project due to licensing concerns.
Deluge 1.0.6 fixes some UPnP and Unicode-decoding errors and also adds an option
to exclude IP overhead in rate limiting calculations (equivalent behavior to the
old 0.5.x series).
