This is a plugin to provide GnuPG capability to programs that use the Qt
Cryptographic Architecture (QCA).  QCA is a library providing an easy API
for several cryptographic algorithms to Qt programs.  This package only
contains the GnuPG plugin.

Fixes a grave bug in psi where the roster would only update when the roster
window was resized.

This update can be installed with the "yum" update program.  Use 
su -c 'yum update qca-gnupg' at the command line.
