LLVM is a compiler infrastructure designed for compile-time,
link-time, runtime, and idle-time optimization of programs from
arbitrary programming languages.  The compiler infrastructure includes
mirror sets of programming tools as well as libraries with equivalent
functionality.

Update Information:

- Disable PIC on ix86; the JIT produced is incorrect (upstream #3239)  - This
release updates F-10's llvm to 2.5, with improved Ocaml    packaging Turn off
Position-Independent Code for 32-bit architectures, due to upstream bug
