Subversion is a concurrent version control system which enables one
or more users to collaborate in developing and maintaining a
hierarchy of files and directories while keeping a history of all
changes.  Subversion only stores the differences between versions,
instead of every complete file.  Subversion is intended to be a
compelling replacement for CVS.

Update Information:

This update includes Subversion 1.6.5, which enables support for GNOME Keyring
and the KDE Wallet. The "subversion-gnome" and "subversion-kde" packages should
be installed as appropriate to obtain the desired functionality.    The
following bug fixes are also included:    * fix mod_dav_svn directory view links
to preserve peg revisions  * do not error on Windows when ALLUSERPROFILE dir
nonexistent  * properly escape lock comments over ra_neon  * allow syncing
copies of '/' over ra_neon  * make 'svnlook diff' show empty added or deleted
files  * fix possible data loss on ext4 and GPFS filesystems  * resolve symlinks
when checking for ~/.subversion  * don't let svn+ssh SIGKILL ssh processes  *
allow PLAIN and LOGIN mechanisms with SASL in svnserve  * fix peg revision
parsing in filenames like 'dir/@file.txt'  * don't pretend to do tree conflict
resolution  * fix data corruption when syncing from svnserve to mod_dav_svn  *
fixed: false "File '...' already exists" error during commit
