* the %configure call I proposed above seems better than what is in the
spec file, where redundant and unusefull options are set.

* call 
%setup -q
instead of
%setup

* libelektra.so must be in the devel package only. Similarly for
other libraries that aren't dlopened.

* Source: is wrong

* Still the %changelog issue
