That looks like it will take packaging up some other libs. I'll look into what
it takes to get those packaged up.

Just adding app_conference and moving some modules to a subpackage won't
completely eliminate dependencies on Zaptel. There are some parts of the
Asterisk core that use Zaptel timing channels (it's *supposed* to work without
Zaptel being present but I haven't verified that).

The latest package moves some modules that depend on Zaptel to a subpackage.
mISDN support will definitely be a subpackage if/when I get to it.

See latest packages. I used the version I found on cvs.infradead.org to
generate the patch. Let me know if there's a different version that I should
have used.
