First thing why this package here. Is not this package part of Fedora-core?? 

Anyway,
rpmlint on src rpm returns
E: kdenetwork hardcoded-library-path in /lib/security/${pam_mod}
     On line 175 of SPEC file, you have written /lib/security/${pam_mod}, chnage
that to {_lib}/security/${pam_mod}
W: kdenetwork patch-not-applied Patch3: kdenetwork-3.3.92-kppp.patch
W: kdenetwork patch-not-applied Patch2: kdenetwork-3.1-buildroot.patch
     On line 38 and 39, you have written Patch2 and Patch3 to be applied to
source but under %prep section you made them comment. Remove comment from line
or if you are not willing to apply those patches them remove its entry at line
no. 38 and 39.
      I checked existing FC5 for this package and found patch3 is already
applied. But Buildroot patch is not applied.
