Looking over the spec file, things look pretty good to me from a Bugzilla
standpoint, except that you should probably just have a separate -contrib
package but keep the contrib stuff in /var/www/bugzilla/, because a lot of them
depend on the Bugzilla/ libraries in that directory and it would be irritating
to have to type /usr/lib/bugzilla/script.pl from the /var/www/bugzilla directory.

Also, I released 2.22 lately, so the package should probably be updated to that.

Maybe if you bug me I'll add a switch to checksetup.pl in future versions that
will create all the dynamically-generated files and set all the file permissions
properly without trying to connect to the database or compile the templates. :-)
