- strip extraneous -L paths, libs from *.prl files too

- .desktop: Qt -> Qt4, and Comment= (where missing)
- -devel: include -designer here, Obsoletes/Provides: %%name-designer.
   It's small, simplifies things... one less subpkg to worry about.
- -doc: include %%qtdir/doc symlink here
- -docdir %%_docdir/%%name-doc-%%version
