The files _should_ be available at
 http://dl.sf.net/sourceforge/gqclient/gq-1.2.1.tar.gz and
 http://dl.sf.net/sourceforge/gqclient/gq-1.2.1-langpack-1.tar.gz
but I could not reach dl.sf.net ether and had to use a mirror. So, yes, we have
no valid URL for the specfile ATM.
