These need to be addressed. Most of rpmlint's issues have to do with the points
I mentioned in comment #2. To add to that:
- no %doc is present in %files. This should *at least* include the LICENSE file
(with correct permissions) that is included in the source tarball; adding the
README is a good idea also ;-)
