New versions of the SRPM and spec file to fix some of the bugs that were not
fixed by the original:

* Tue Apr 10 2007  Wes Hardaker <wjhns174 at hardakers.net> - 1.1.1-2
- Pointed Source0 at the sourceforge server instead of a local file
- Set License to BSD-like
- Took ownership of %{_includedir}/validator
