I've checked everything once again and this package is APPROVED.
However, please add %{?_smp_mflags} to both make calls in %build. I've tested
the build locally on a dual-core CPU and it completed successfully so I see no
reason no to use -jN. It still won't build in koji as-is (see bug 349801), but
that's not our fault.
