Yeah, once this lands, firefox will require it.  The plugin wrapper itself
should be installed to $lib/mozilla/plugins and the install should move things
to e.g. $lib/nspluginwrapper/plugins.  Plugin RPMs should also require
nspluginwrapper and call the appropriate install/uninstall scripts.  But those
should be handled out of process from this review.

I'll let Martin handle the rest of the technical comments.
