Description of problem:
The tkcvs package in Fedora is not signed.

tkcvs.noarch                             8.0.4-2.fc7            fedora 

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. yum install tkcvs
  
Actual results:
Package tkcvs-8.0.4-2.fc7.noarch.rpm is not signed


Expected results:
A signed package
