Additionally, python-which should be packaged. I did some packaging
in the past, you could use the example:
http://www.environnement.ens.fr/perso/dumas/fc-srpms/debian/python-which-1.1.0-1.fc8.src.rpm

The previous patch can be complemented with

Patch0:         dblatex-0.2.5-external-which.patch

.....

%patch0 -p1 -b .external-which
rm -rf lib/contrib
