I guess that the encoding is actually ISO-8859-1, however it seems
that the usage of "convmv" is wrong. It seems that the lines
-------------------------------------------------
convmv -f iso8859-1 -t UTF-8 -r doc/de/
convmv -f iso8859-1 -t UTF-8 -r doc/pt_BR/
convmv -f iso8859-1 -t UTF-8 -r doc/it/
-------------------------------------------------
actually do nothing. Would you just use normal "iconv"?
