Initial comments:

0. SRPM URL appears wrong.  qca2 != qca-ossl ??

1.  configure (like qca2), I suggest using something like:
unset QTDIR
./configure \
  --no-separate-debug-info

2.  use %{_qt4_plugindir} everwhere instead of
%{_qt4_prefix}/plugins/
or
$QTDIR/plugins
