Following upstream. I changed the executables from 555 to 755; I have no really
strong feelings about changing or leaving the rest, but I have a slight
preference for staying the way they have it since it seems like unnecessary
clutter to change it in the spec file. I can ask upstream about it and see if
they have any objection to changing the defaults in the make file.
