Well I tried to rebuild 2.5.4-2 (a bit modification needed
for meaningless line "%debug_package %{nil}")
http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=178885

It seems that fedora compilation flags are correctly honored

But the line:

is actually problematic.
