I've finally found why files extracted from the jars in brp-repack-jars had no
permission bits set so I now have a package that actually builds. I hope to get
the new revision up tonight once I get home from work.

Miles, perhaps we could become co-maintainers for the scala package? It'd be
really good to have a couple people on it since this package turns out to be
very complicated.

I'll probably also pull down off the 2.7.2 branch and start building a package
for that. If you want to give it a shot too, start with removing the patches
backporting the scala implementation of the msil library. Hopefully it will
just work (TM) from there.
