Sorry if I misunderstood the question raised by comment #5, but I guess that
the reply from comment #7 should be read "since when is it mandatory for the
spec file bundled in the src.rpm to be included in the bundled sources ?"


And the answer is "it is not". It's a "nice to have" but very few projects do
that.
