Very well.

In accordance with the Packaging Guidelines, I packaged everything in qd-devel,
which provides qd-static.

rpmlint output:
qd-devel-debuginfo.x86_64: E: empty-debuginfo-package
2 packages and 1 specfiles checked; 1 errors, 0 warnings.
