%{_libdir}/bongo-auth/libauthsqlite3.so is in the -devel package like the
guidelines demands. It should likely try to open .so.0

Try this:
SRPM: http://dnielsen.fedorapeople.org/bongo-0.3.1-2.fc8.src.rpm
SPEC: http://dnielsen.fedorapeople.org/bongo.spec

- 5 sec untested patch for the above .so problem
