1. Can someone 'own' this bug?
2. Can you put a pointer to the package naming guidelines?

Naming is out in the community, early leads are: 

Endoculator
Documentation-Devil
DocumentationDevel

Although we have the ability to support 4711 packages, we have actually only
compiled 2838 rpms with the devel package. We're going to need more time to get
the show on the road. We should still be good for F9. We'll re-open this bug then.
