Please change to:

 %define spuinclude %{_includedir}/spu

 %{_sysconfdir}/rc.d/init.d/ == %{_initrddir}

I have done a 32bit and 64bit test build and it looks pretty good. There are
still a few things which should be fixed:

elfspe2.ppc: W: service-default-enabled /etc/rc.d/init.d/elfspe2
elfspe2.ppc: E: incoherent-subsys /etc/rc.d/init.d/elfspe2 elfspe
