I guess for review the following should do:
http://www.bsc.es/projects/deepcomputing/linuxoncell/cellsimulator/sdk3.0/SRPMS/libspe2-2.2.0-91.src.rpm
even, if it is not the latest source level, the spec file is the more or less up
to date.
