Update:

* Ver. 2.9.6 (latest)
* Some cleanups
* Fixed issue with sending messages (since now user should change email in
mldonkey_df_monitor from "root at localhost" to actual one)
* Log-file moved to  %{_localstatedir}/log/mldonkey/mldonkey.log
