By the way output from pymol seems to be saying that this is a pre-version
of 1.1. In such cases please follow:

https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Packaging/NamingGuidelines#Pre-Release_packages
i.e. release number should be 0.3.20080912svn3419%{?dist}, for example.
