I think it's so easy to comply with the packaging rules that we really should
do it.

The only required thing to do is to package JSONRPC.pm from
http://downloads.sourceforge.net/qooxdoo/qooxdoo-0.7.3-backend.zip (linked from
http://qooxdoo.org/download_0_7 ). Just name it qooxdoo-backend-0.7 or
qooxdoo-backend-compat or something similar ( in case someone packages version
0.8 which is not directly API compatible), make sure it provides JSONRPC.pm and
I think that is all.

Opinions, anyone ?
