AS I said in the above post, gstreamer 0.10.22, which is already in F11, has
the necessary patches.

You're missing the point of my statement. Yes, I totally agree that the package
should be compliant with Fedora guidelines and easily maintainable, but my
point was that in doing so Fedora Songbird builds will be missing developer
patches to vendor packages. Each time a new version of Songbird is release a
Fedora build will not be possible until all patches are verified as upstreamed
to gstreamer, or risk having a non-functioning Songbird. This last release was
a perfect example. Are you ok with this? If so, then so am I and we can move
on.

As I stated, the F11 Songbird doesn't have the issues. All the issues reported
were from my F10 backport. SO no problem there.

I'll update the src.rpm for F11 with all the fixes above and post it this
weekend.
