- moved setup.rb to -doc subpackage
- removed redundant %defattr(755,root,root,-)
- removed %exclude %{geminstdir}/Rakefile
- Enabled the unit tests since they now fail softly.

rake test_units fail due to segmentation faults; I really need to obtain some
skills on these kinds of issues in order to solve them ;-)
