There are two forms of the open command and I'm using both which is why I
wasn't using a prototype on it. I've just changed the second instance to pass a
0 arg for the don't care term. I'm going to have to run the sys_basher disk
tests to make sure that this doesn't effect anything. If it works I'll create a
1.20 release which will resolve the warning. I've taken care of the other
issues.
