Junit test fails because they assume:
1. You are using an en-US locale
2. You are using an UTF-8 locale

For some reason, the workaround Guido found does not work with mock (and
therefore koji). It still fails because of 2.

Unluckily I'm not a Java programmer and I cannot patch the code myself.
