Oops, I meant to change that. I thought it was considered okay to push a new
package (especially something small like this) directly to stable for Fedora,
and I went digging in the wiki to see if there was a policy for EPEL (didn't
really find anything definite for either Fedora or EPEL), and then forgot to
change it.
