Sorry, got a little busy with other work, will start working on it real soon.
I had one more doubt about svscanboot, is it really required? I think we can
very well do without it. It's just djbs way of starting services. And needless
to say it's just not as user friendly to buy. I was also working of using
/sbin/services.
