1. You need to validate the desktop file.

i.e

desktop-file-install --vendor "" --delete-original \
  --dir $RPM_BUILD_ROOT%{_datadir}/applications \
  --add-category X-Fedora \
  $RPM_BUILD_ROOT%{_datadir}/applications/%{name}-manager.desktop
