Well, I've fixed all the issues commented by Mamoru Tasaka, plus:
- Use of the release version 0.6.4 instead of the SVN snapshot, since there are
no important changes and that seems to complicate a lot the naming of packages.
- Added missing build dependencies.
- Added generation of man pages, forgotten in the previous version. By the way,
is there any specific command within %files for installing man-pages? I've
added them manually with %{_datadir}/man/man1/*

About the repetition of %description, I've shortened all the texts, leaving
only one short part common to all the sub-packages.

I think everything is now much more aligned to Fedora policies. Let me know if
