I don't know how to answer the question.  I've run make build & make update for
a version 0.0.9 and 0.0.10 in the past couple of weeks; do I need to do
something beyond that?  Another change was subsequently necessary;  Warren said
he built it, but that it wasn't in the repo.  I don't understand what I should
do next.
