Yeah! I am trying to get some meaningful debug information out of GCC to report
a bug against EL-5.

The compiler bug shows up when -g switch is added to GCC command line.

So I have to ask: is it acceptable to remove -g from build flags as a temporary
workaround so the package will build?

This will have the side-effect of killing xsd-debuginfo package.
