Thanks Jason,

Per feedback from the upstream maintainer, I've elected to compile this
statically, which should avoid the rpath/ldconfig/shlib issues.

I've uploaded a new upstream version with this changelog:

- new upstream version
- compile with --enable-static --disable-shared
- improve dchroot description
- define directory ownership
