The spec is very rough with many improper spots, I hacked together using my
rtems-gcc/newlib specs as template. They also contain the rtems
rtems-gcc/newlib patches, which are supposed to address several of the issues
you mentioned.

Shouldn't you find files missing, I would be willing to clean the spec up such
it fits into Fedora.
