The macro up_name stands for upstream name.

You are right, upstream don't indicate any license yet, probably he will
release it under GPLv2+.

The url is not precise, you are right.

Changelog and todo are taken from upstream website, I added them to suppress an
rpmlint warning.

You are right, requiring python is not necessary.

You are right, pyc files should be removed.
