OK, you initiated this already. Thanks!

I have just added my Fedora/RHEL SPEC file to the git repository. I'll compare
it to your file and update it if needed.

Please DO NOT use --enable-quality-check=no! If it doesn't compile then the
bugs in the source MUST be fixed! I'll look into your build log and try to find
the correct solution.

I would like to add that one target of this package must be EPEL. OCS is used
in enterprise environments and RHEL is lacking a client for it.
