No, I was running it as non-privileged user. Looks like it's F11-related
problem, because on F10 the same package works perfectly. 

If you install blueman on ubuntu - it obsoletes gnome-bluetooth package. On
Fedora, there are 2 bluetooth icons and gnome-bluetooth must be disabled
manually.
