I think you might be looking at this from a slightly different perspective. If
we want jogl to build, we need to modify the jogl build system to decouple it
from gluegen. Jogl itself will work with gluegen *once built* -- its a matter
of tricking ant to do what we need.

I had a shot at this a while back, and was able to decouple it, but some java
errors I introduced caused some problems.
