Hi Kevin,

Should have been more verbose.
After discussion I am joint owner for all releases and this has been
been requested and approved via pkgdb.

Do You want to co-maintain the xml-security-c package?
This way you could prepare that branch Yourself and probably get a
faster result.

I'm happy to do this.
