Looks dead-simple, but I'd recommend Versioning the Obsoletes/Provides, it's
safer, use something like:

Obsoletes: kdebluetooth < 1:0.3-1
Provides:  kdebluetooth = %{epoch}:%{version}-%{release}


For upgrade path for older stuff, may want to keep these for awhile (or not),
Obsoletes: kdebluetooth-libs < 1:0.2
Obsoletes: kdebluetooth-devel < 1:0.2

(I saw that you dropped these in the diff).


Add the versioning, and we should be good to go.
